The days are gone when people used to live

Art
Work
As you all know that art work is really
expensive and they are also unique. So it becomes very difficult to pack and
move these items. Some people really love the artwork that could not bear the

not shake. Make sure that each box should not carry more than 4kg of weight. There
would be a great idea that wraps each glass object individually and make sure
that they do not come in contact with each other.
Mirrors
and Photo frames
Mirrors and photo frames also get damages
during relocation. Since, they are very fragile they can be broken down into
pieces if they do not handle with care. Before packing the mirrors and photo
frames make sure you have newspapers, thermocol etc. After packing the mirror
and photo frame make sure that they get fitted in the right size of the boxes.
On the top of the box write down with bold marker that “handle with care”.
Electronics
From the electronics we can see that there
are various items which need to be packed properly as there may be the chances
of damage. Electronic appliances like washing machine, TV, computer, DVD
player, Home Theatre etc. can be damaged. Always try to use the original
packing boxes of these items and yes, you can also use lots of paper to protect
the edges of the electronic appliances. Pack cords of each device separately, but
before that check that cord is attachable or detachable. Do not put any other
or small electronic over any heavy electronic object.

we will talk about how we can reduce our effort in arranging the moving boxes
according to our convenience. As you know that whenever we pack something and
move to a new place we find that task very difficult. So as to reduce the
stress and the chaos we have to see that what better we can do?
A
simple and a very best method is first design the image of the house or home in
your mind. As the image helps a lot because you will come to know about the placement
of objects that were to keep it and where to leave the space so that it will
not look so messy after.
Here
are some of the tips that will help you label your moving boxes:
v Make the labeling tools easy to use
Just
remember the initial or basic things in your mind and then move ahead. Basic
things which you need right now to label the boxes are 2-4 permanent markers
and yes see that those markers should be thick pointed not thin as the text
will appear accordingly vice-versa. Also, you should also ensure that they are
good ones and not the cheap ones. Here, you can avoid the cheapest markers and
permanent pen as they do not give that impact of what bold and thick permanent
good marker gives. Use the markers of different colors and make them separated
by the types of belonging you have. Like on big boxes you can use the red color
marker so they can visualize instantly and on small boxes you can use the black
color marker as you can predict that how will be the weather on shifting or
moving day, so it is good preparing the
things before the rain arrives. And one more thing always use waterproof
markers in case of rainy season or rainy day.
v Take the other method which is an odd number
Another
superior way to label the cardboard boxes is to formulate them use of numbers
in addition to color coding. You do not need any bold marker so as to write it
down all the content of what a particular box has inside else you can just
simply write a numeric digit which shows the a particular cardboard has
particular things.
v Save a Screen shot to cross check
While
making a cardboard box ready to deliver and preparing a list of things you can
do a smart thing like you can capture the pictures in your mobile camera and
save it so that you will do not worry after. Make a list on paper on one side
and for a more convenience, click that picture and save it on your smart phone.
Make a copy of the list 2-4 and keep it carefully otherwise your hard work all
will go in vain.
v Mark the boxes as per your convenience
You
have an amendable choice to mark the boxes as per your feasibility, but make
sure that you follow one pattern not blend all what you think while marking on
a particular box. Most important thing that keeps the text visible and
highlighted so it could be visible crystal clear. Also, you can write the
instructions like “Handle with care” with big, bold fonts so that it could be
clearly visible to anyone who ever sees it.
